How a diagnostic works here

Four steps, and you know the price before step four starts. Nothing about this is unusual — it is simply written down so there are no surprises.

01

You describe the fault

Call or send the form. What the vehicle does, when it does it, and anything already tried — a new battery, a part swapped by another shop, a fault that comes and goes. Photos of the battery tray, the fuse box or a connector help more than a paragraph.

You
A two-minute call or message
We
We tell you whether it is worth bringing in, and what to expect from the diagnostic

02

We test it against a plan

The vehicle is tested in a fixed order: battery and charging first, then voltage drops, grounds and the circuits involved, then modules if the fault points there. Readings are written down as they are taken, because the numbers are what the diagnosis rests on.

You
Drop the vehicle off with all keys
We
A written test plan, the readings and the finding

03

You get the finding and the price

What failed, what it takes to repair it and what the repair costs. If the honest answer is that the vehicle is not worth repairing, you hear that too. Nothing beyond the agreed work is started without your approval.

You
Approve, ask questions, or take the diagnosis away
We
A quote, not an invoice

04

We repair it and prove it

The repair is made — solder and heat-shrink on wiring, correct parts where a part has failed — and then the same tests are repeated. The fault is not "probably" gone: it is tested gone. The old part is kept and handed over.

You

We
A written record of what was tested, found and replaced

These are promises about how the shop works, not about how many years anyone has been in business. They hold for every job, from a blown fuse to a harness rebuild.

  • No part is replaced before a test shows it has failed
  • The price is agreed before the work, not after
  • The old part is kept for you to see
  • If the fault is not what you came in for, we tell you before touching it
